Opportunities for Relationships

Coming to a new church or a new town necessitates making new friends. Rather than be a sanctuary of strangers, we look for ways to help you form friendship that will help you in your spiritual growth. Our Sunday Morning Care Groups are a unique way to get to know a small group of people. Many have found that the care group provides a place of belonging within Community Church. Care Groups often meet together for informal meals or meet for some special activity like a movie night or baseball game. Our Men's Ministries events include taking in a ball game together, doing a service project, occasional Saturday morning breakfasts, and special activities with our youth and children. Our Women’s Ministries regularly host special meals and parties that bring women closer together. They also encourage involvement through service projects with a local girl’s home, Hospice, or the H.E.L.P. Center.  In addition, small groups of men and women meet weekly or bi-weekly, providing a casual, intimate setting for sharing and encouraging each other.

WONDERFUL WEDNESDAYS

Wonderful Wednesdays have resumed for 2012. Enjoy food and fellowship at 6:00, followed by programs for all ages. Main course supplied -- bring a side dish to share.
