What to Expect

Welcome to Community Church of Monroe!  Here are some FAQs you may find helpful:

What time is your worship service?
Our Worship Service is every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m.

What is the worship experience like?
You can expect our service to include music, prayer and a message from God's Word with application to your life. The service lasts approximately an hour.

We're contemporary, but we don't ignore historical aspects. Our praise and worship band leads us in singing new songs as well as timeless and traditional hymns.

What else happens on Sunday mornings?
After our worship service, we enjoy spending time talking and getting to know one another better.  Also, lots of yummy snacks and coffee can be found downstairs.  

At 11:30 a.m., our care groups meet.  These are small groups that discuss the sermon, pray for each other and talk about the Bible.  All groups are open to visitors.

How often do you have Communion?
We celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of each month.

What do I wear?
Most people dress casually, but some prefer to wear more "business casual." Come in what is most comfortable to you. We're just happy to have you as our guest!
